Machine was maintained by a Gildemeister repair professional. Decommissioned by a MDG engineer.

Is it VDI25 or 30?
2 x 12 station VDI25 turrets (25 mm/0.9842”)
Sauter turrets, all 24 stations are driven, 30-6000 rpm live milling on turrets
Electrical cabinet condition?, IMMACULATE-eat off the bottom of the electrical cabinet, see attached photos.
Attached is the original quote from DMG LA. This machine was at TRD (Toyota Racing Development) where they make their NASCAR racing engines.
TRD hired the service engineer from DMG LA who originally installed this machine. He maintained it meticulously during it’s entire life at TRD.
The parts TRD used this machine to make were shafts with holes that go into the engines. Very precise parts. The tolerance was 0.005 mm on those parts.
The operator told us he held that all day long.
