Highly flexible horizontal table rotary transfer machine which can be easily reconfigured, 150 mm machining envelope. Maximum flexibility is guaranteed by the following features:
• 10 stations (one load/unload station, 9 machining stations).
• 2 CNC three-axis modules for each machining station, one vertical and one horizontal; CNC working
head, maximum spindle rotation speed: 15.000 rpm.
• Wide, universal-coupling range of machining heads: twin spindle, 4 or 6-spindle turret head, special high
speed, broaching.
• CNC table rotation, indexing by triple Hirth gear .
• CNC workpiece holding satellite, indexing by double Hirth gear, pitch available up to 1°; stepless on
request.
• Full turnin g capability of each satellite, up to 4,000 rpm.
• Full A-axis capabilities of satellite.
• Satellite recognition function for zeroing the offset via software and independent use of machining
modules.
• CNC step-less adjustment (10-100%) of clamping pressure, fixture by fixture and time by time.
• Fanuc 16iM numerical control, remote control via LAN or modem.
