Two machines set to make sprinkler Bodies.
2 Jax Indexing Chucks
Chip Conveyor
They have much newer custom safety interlocked
enclosures. They also have mist collectors, feed
hoppers, and chip conveyors. We use them to
machine fire sprinkler brass bodies and both machines
have 6-7 units of various types.
The machines are under power and we can run
them (given some notice).
· Correction to the original layouts of both machines…
there is no longer any unit at station 3H
· I just learned that machine # 886539 DOES have a PLC.
Unbeknownst to me, we put the PLC5 from our machine #93-
6509 in it a few years back.
· Machine # 886539 is in much better shape than the
other one and was rebuilt at least once during it’s life. Table
runs perfect and all the units are still there and operational
· Machine # 856524 is missing motors and shafts from
units at stations 4H and 5C
