I want to sell a machine like this
- CNC Machine
- Index
- ABC Speedline
- Lathe - CNC
- 60mm
- 1998
- C Axis:
- Live Tooling:
Notes
Machines are configured with the following equipment:
Chip Conveyor: standard as supplied with the machine by Index
Coolant System: standard Index switchable high and low pressure
Bar Feeder Interface: Index bar feeds, integrated with the machine
control
Polygon Milling: No
Tooling: At this point, I don't have a comprehensive tooling inventory.
Tooling will be sold, either with our without the machines. A package
deal for machines and tooling is a possibility.
Hours on the machine: I honestly don't know, since the hour clock is
not readily accessible. They have been run steadily while here. Best
estimate is about 2,000 hours per year for 15-16 years, or 30,000 to
35,000 hours.
Bar Feed Type: standard Index bar feed, integrated with the machine
Condition: All machines are under power, and are productive. Expect to
see normal wear and tear for 15-16 year old machines. Note that
synthetic coolant was used in the machines for a number of years, which
tended to remove paint in certain spots.
Reason for Selling: Strategic decision to reinvest in other machines
Price: We'd like to get $70k each, less tooling. Preference is to sell
the group with tooling for one price rather than one machine by itself.
We'll call that the starting point for further discussion.
